Over 20 successful years of coaching competitive gymnastics, with such achievements as placing in the top 10 consistently for USGA & AAU sponsored events, Corinne focuses specific attention to a student’s individual skills required to their particular sport.  Her philosophy of caring for each student’s  individual needs are paired with her    positive approach and attitude.

Program  Structure

The American Heart Association recommends that all children age 2 and older should participate in at least 30 minutes of enjoyable, moderately intensive activities every day. They should also perform at least 30 minutes of vigorous physical activity at least 3-4 days each week to achieve and maintain a good level of cardio-respiratory (heart and lung) fitness.
